You can transfer the players from your team and to your team. Transfer will go through even if the transfer window is closed or the team is transfer banned.

Transferring player

Open Player Editor

To open player editor:

• Run the FIFA 23 Live Editor. (Getting Started Guide)
• Load the game mode where you want to edit player
• Press F9 on your keyboard to open the menu
• From Window click on Features

• Open Players

• Wait a moment until the tool load the players
• Find Player and Click on Edit icon to start editing him

• You can now edit the player.

Transfer Player

• When you are in player editor click on Player -> Transfer

• Fill the form

• Press Finalise transfer button

If you want to loan player, just click on Loan menu item instead of Transfer menu item, or tick the Is Loan? checkbox when filling transfer player form.

Transfer Your Player in Player Career Mode

In player career mode it's a little bit different. You can't transfer player directly to the team you want, but you can create transfer offer. Transfer window must be open to make it happen.

• When you are in player editor click on Player -> Transfer

• Fill the form
• Press Finalise transfer button

• Now, Enter Squad hub -> Click on your player -> View Offers

• And accept the offer you created
