This year we got new teamsheet cache service, so editing formation and lineups it's a little bit different this year and it also differs depending on the game mode

Editing team sheets in Manager Career Mode

In manager career I assume you will want to edit the your opponent team. In this example I'll edit the formation and starting XI of my next league oponent -> FC Bayern Munchen Their current formation looks like this:

To edit them:

  1. Load your manager career save
  2. Open Teams Editor and find the team you want to edit

  1. Make the changes in team formation

  1. Back to cheat table and activate "Freeze lineup" script. This will make the CPU unable to switch players. NEVER KEEP THE SCRIPT ACTIVE WHEN YOU DON'T NEED IT

  1. Save the career and reload (Required to clear cached formation)
  2. Proceed to match
  3. Now as you see their lineup is the same as we wanted.

  1. Ofc. in-game aswell ;)

Editing team sheets in Player Career Mode

Unfortunately the feature doesn't work on the new game sim engine. So, you need to make sure you are either a "Reserve" player (when you don't want to play match) or "Starting XI" player when you want to play it. Starting as bench player is not an option.

  1. Load your created player career save
  2. In cheat table Open "Play as Player" section and change your manager reputation and Squad Role. If you don't want to play then reputation = 0 and role = reserve. If you want to play then reputation = 200 and role = Starting XI

  1. Open Teams Editor and find the team you want to edit

  1. Make the changes in team formation

  1. Back to cheat table and activate "Freeze lineup" script. This will make the CPU unable to switch players. NEVER KEEP THE SCRIPT ACTIVE WHEN YOU DON'T NEED IT
  2. Save the career and reload (Required to clear cached formation)
  3. Proceed to match
  4. Now as you see their lineup is the same as we wanted.
