Make ManagerID editable script description

GAME VERSION: Script should always work with newest version of the game which can be downloaded from Origin.

RISK LEVEL: 0/5 (There is no chance that this script will harm your cm save.)

DESCRIPTION: Script allows you to edit any manager in career through the "Edit Manager" menu.

HOW TO USE:

  1. Activate the script
  2. Change managerid if needed
  3. Enter "Edit manager" ingame
