Disable Player Growth Manager script description

GAME VERSION: Script should always work with newest version of the game which can be downloaded from Origin.

RISK LEVEL: 5/5 (Almost for sure it will break your career save)

DESCRIPTION: Script disabling new Player Growth Manager/System. It will disable player developement in manager career mode. Use it only if you know what are you doing. I don't recommend it for long careers for sure. Once used in career it needs to be activated permanently in every next session.
