Match Schedule Editor allows you to change the date of your upcoming games. I suggest changing date only of your league matches.

1. Load your career mode save
2. Activate "Fixture Edit" script

3. In game open "Calendar" and go to the month with games that you want to edit.

4. In Live Editor GUI click on "Schedule Editor"

5. Change date and press "Apply Changes"

6. Done
