Getting Started

This is a brief walk-through tutorial that illustrates how to run and use FC 24 Live Editor.

Disclaimer

This year the game is protected with brand new EA Anticheat. Using the tool may flag your account and EA may ban it later on. You are using the tool at your own risk.

Safety Measures

  • Turn off game updates, so if EA will update the game you still will be able to use the tool.
  • Go offline mode on Steam/EA App/Origin, or turn off your internet if you can

Running the game without EAAC

Live Editor is using fake EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe to run the game without starting the real anticheat. The fake EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe will be automatically copied to your game installation dir by the live editor launcher. When you will close Live Editor launcher then it will automatically restore original EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe.

Installing FC 24 Live Editor

To "install" FC 24 Live Editor you need to download latest version of it Simply click on the link to .zip at the bottom of the post

IF YOU RUN IT WITHOUT UNZIPPING IT WILL NOT WORK

Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking the Live Editor.

Then uznip the file using Winrar or 7zip or anything other you have on your PC. After unziping/installing your folder with the tool should look like this:

  1. Run Launcher.exe
  2. Press Run Game or manually run game from Steam/Origin/EA App
  3. After the game initialise it will try to connect to EA servers. You need to cancel the connection as the game never will be able to reach the servers with the Live Editor.

  1. The Live Editor menu should appear withing a few seconds after you enter main menu. To be able to interact with the game press F9 to hide live editor, or go to View -> Hide Live Editor)

Launching FC 24 Live Editor with FIFA Mod Manager Mods

You can use Live Editor with the FIFA Mod Manager Mods. To run the game with Live Editor and mods:

  1. Clear Advanced Launch Option in EA App/Steam

  1. Run Live Editor Launcher, go to settings and in "Advanced Launch Options" put this: -dataPath FIFAModData

  1. Run the game
  2. If you see in Fake EAAC Lanucher that the game starts with -dataPath FIFAModData argument then your mods are applied correctly.

Makre sure there is only one -dataPath FIFAModData, if the same argument is duplicated then the mods won't work
