Creating Offer From Any Club

1. Load your career mode save
2. Open team editor for the team you want to generate job offer from (Check this guide)
3. Click on Team in the menu bar and then Create Job Offer

4. In-game open Browse Jobs and click Apply for Job

5. Now slowly simulate day by day until you receive message in your inbox that the board accepted your offer. If you never receive the message then it's probably because you simulated to many days and the job offer expired before you even saw it.

Creating Offer From Any National Team

1. Load your career mode save
2. Open team editor for the team you want to generate job offer from (Check this guide)
3. Click on Team in the menu bar and then Create Job Offer

4. In-game go to Browse Jobs -> International Jobs and accept the job offer
