Warning:

When you plan to install a 3D printed SD card mount, make sure to remove the console top shell before trying to insert the extender into the SD card slot. The slot is fragile and not meant to receive the extenders at an angle, or with too much pressure. In addition, the adapter must be adjusted slightly to prevent damage to the pcb.

The edge of an original micro SD card end is slightly angled (bevelled edge)

The adapters usually do not come with this bevelled edge.
