MFCS allows the administrators to insert certain file extensions as obsolete file types. To learn more about obsolete file formats click here. Administrator with MFCS can:

• Add a file extension:

  1. click on the Obsolete Files in Menu
  2. enter the obsolete file extension without period
  3. click on the Insert

• Edit a file extension:

  1. click on the Obsolete Files in Menu
  2. change the obsolete file extension without period
  3. click on the Update

• Delete a file extension:

  1. click on the Obsolete Files in Menu
  2. click on the delete checkbox
  3. click on the Update
