To setup a form for OAI:

1. From the form settings page, select "OAI-PMH Export" ... this will allow the OAI application to index and cache the objects in the form.
2. For a specific field in the form to be index by the OAI application the field must be marked as "OAI Release", this is in the field options.
3. Every field that is exported as OAI should have a Dublin Core (DC) metadata standard assigned to it.
4. The OAI application will only index records marked for public export. The system default is "Yes" if no public release if displayed on the form.
5. The URL for the object is populated on import into the public repository system.
