To list objects select Create & Edit from the navigation menu. This will present a list of Object Forms in MFCS. From this list, if you click on the title of the form you will be taken to the selected form's data entry page.

To see the metadata forms associated with the the form click on "Metadata Forms" on the far right of the form bar. This will expand a list of all the metadata forms associated with the form. You can select one of these forms to view its management page.

Directly to the left of the Metadata form expansion are 3 icons.

1. List Objects
2. Thumbnail List
3. Shelf List

List Objects

This will present the objects in a paginated list. This is the preferred way to display items that are part of a large collection. At the bottom of the page you can:

• select how many items to display per page.
• Jump directly to the page a particular item falls on
• Jump to a specific page.

Thumbnail list

This is identical to the List Objects view, except the first column of the table is a thumbnail of the item, if it is available.

Shelf List

This lists all of the Objects for a form. For large collections this may be slow do to the web browser having to render so many options.

Switching between lists

Once you are on the list page you can switch between the "List View", "Thumbnail List", and "Shelf List" using the blue icons in the upper right hand corner.
