Rotation 7: Clock Challenge - wrafab/taor GitHub Wiki

This rotation we are constructing a clock with laser-cut dial and pendulum. I designed a dial with roman numerals and a spray-paint pattern related to Twin Peaks. I also intended to do a fake pendulum that does not swing (because the motor is not strong enough) with an escape wheel.

After printing it out, I spray painted the clock with the mask on.

However, I did not clamp the mask tight enough on the clock dial, and the paint just floated around.

But the clock can still run with a battery, so not all is lost.

I also tried to construct a quartz clock with pendulum, but the inset pendulum was too heavy to swing, so I used a paper pendulum instead.
