Lane Configuration Segment numbers driving lanes in one Conduit

Conduit driving lanes are numbered by one or many Lane Configuration Segment

A Conduit with no lane reconfiguration will be covered by a single Lane Configuration Segment. For each group of one or more lane reconfigurations at approximately the same longitudinal distance, a new Lane Configuration is inserted with the exception of the Intersection Entrance where all the Driving Lanes terminate and there is no more Conduit area to cover.
