This abstraction describes a Driving Lane restructuring that results in traffic flowing longitudinally out of a Road Segment. Each end of a Road Segment terminates at either an Intersection of some sort or a dead end / cul de sac which corresponds to a set of Longitudinal Lane Boundaries (see Road Subsystem).
