This is where a Road Segment meets an Intersection. At this point, traffic can enter or exit the longitudinal boundary of the Road Segment.

If a Road crosses above or underneath another Road without any physical path permitting the exchange of traffic, at an underpass or bridge for example, no Interface exists between those two Roads.
