1. Which editors to use?

Change the tables directly in Github or use Notepad++. Do not use MS Excel to open/alter the csv files, because MS Excel may affect the character encoding.

2. Notation:

The notation must follow the allowed characters for use in URLs specification

• http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1738.html
• https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986

This means that a lot of special characters must not be used in the notation (no greek characters, no brackets, they should not start with _, etc.).
