- Tom opened the meeting with a welcome to all
- The team reviewed previous actions and notes
- (Anna) FT2025-2 is available for comments by NFP on WIS Matters. After its approval, we will submit the WIS2 Manual and Guide for republication. FT2026-1 schedule, finalize proposals before January 2026 and make available for implementation in May 20206. However, with INFCOM-4 planned in Q3/Q4 of 2026, we may want to hold off on pushing more amendment proposals in 2026. Noting that WIS2 Monitoring Specification will be introduced at INFCOM-4.
The team looked at the following issues/PRs (see notes in issue comments):

- The wcmp kpi is a monitoring type, but kpis are currently not approved through any procedure. The team discussed options for getting KPIs published
