- Tom described the plan to have a kickoff meeting in September for this intersessional period. The metadata specs to manage are expanding and Tom is going to introduce an organized approach for when certain topics are addressed to allow team members to join meetings when it fits their interest.
Antje will be leaving this team and expressed appreciation for working on this team

Anna provide updates: specs were approved by EC and the provisional copies of the publications (as sent to LSP) are available at: https://community.wmo.int/en/activity-areas/wis/wis-manuals. FT2024-2 will be circulated for NFP review mid to late July. NFPs will have two months to review and provide comments.
