Secretariat updates: (Anna) INFCOM-3 approved of the specifications in the WIS2 Manual and then they need to go through EC approval in June; provisional artifacts are published to codes registry and schemas.wmo.int;
GTS to WTH: (Enrico) we are entering a phase for how members migrate from GTS to WIS2 and part of this could be the GTS headers to WTH; we need to manually map from the GTS headers to WTH; (Antje) perhaps we can use Table A in the GH repo (https://github.com/wmo-im/GTStoWIS2) to work on this; (Tom) where will this cross walk live? In the transition guide? (Enrico) TBD, we don't need to map everything from GTS headers; (Anna) If we want this to be ready for 2025, we will need something for FT2024-2 by end of June;
Centre id management: global registry right now is the authoritative source of the centre-ids; TT-WISMD can be added to the global registry to review the PRs; once the PR is approved in the GR, there will be a script that updates the WTH repo; next step: meet with GR managers;
space weather topics: draft PR is available for review of satellites for weather and space-weather until end of May; better to focus on operational satellites;
other business: (Tom) keep meeting frequency every two weeks or move to 2h monthly? DECISION: meeting frequency will be monthly for two hours; Nature of teams work will move towards building guidance and how-tos;

Anna: register WMO URN for WCMP2 and GRIB and BUFR mimetypes with IANA
Tom/Anna: complete change management workflow moving forward
Anna: review manual regarding WNM 108
Anna: figure out why "README.txt" doesn't display on schemas.wmo.int site
Tom: create an issue for GTS 2 WTH DONE
Enrico/Antje: provide an update for the next meeting (put the draft of the table in the GTS2WIS2 repository)
