- Secretariat updated - Anna provided link to all provisional publications that include amendments from fast-tracks,EC-76 and Cg-19: https://community.wmo.int/en/activity-areas/wis/wis-manuals
- Tom reported out on ET-W2AT meeting this week; he stressed that it's important that we have good examples; there were discussion on WTH, providing a metadata editor for 'static' datasets, metrics, performance testing that is planned in June 2024, planning on the transition guide which includes discovery metadata; (Steve) consistency of discovery metadata was also emphasized and granularity; (Tom) it would be good for this team to create a metadata "cookbook", it doesn't have to be an official publication;
- Tom reviewed the open issues in WTH repository;
- Tom described the changes in WTH in 'test-structure' branch;
