- the team reviewed the actions from the last meeting
- Guillaume presented new issues/60 on TH and expressed concern (Anna) the WTH should be fairly hard-baked by INFCOM-3, but there may still be a need to revise after pre-operational phase;
- the team discussed the following topics:
- Antje presented approach for issues/79 - WCMP2 KPIs in WIS2 Metric Hierarchy
- https://github.com/wmo-im/wcmp2/issues/19 referencing a set of stations -- still need to create an example and add text
- Antje and Julia talked about the challenges of getting a good title score due to acronyms and Title Case validations;
- https://github.com/wmo-im/wis2-topic-hierarchy/issues/58 merging country and centre-id: the team discussed option for 2 or 3 letter country-centername (xx-xxxx) as well as int, org, test....;
Actions
- Tom: add text to WTH regarding that one doesn't have to include deeper topics after 'metadata'
- Anna/all: review business rules/specification for WTH
- Julia (October 2023): Full review of the KPIs (add review of WTH)
- Tom: add text for best practices on managing metadata in the WIS2 Guide and see if they are captured/referred to somewhere (e.g. Information Management section)
- all: check examples for validation and good KPI scores over time
- Guillaume/Tom: add metadata example for process; to defer
