Notes

• the team reviewed actions and welcomed Kenji
• (Anna) WIS manual was approved (link tba); demo video was presented (https://vimeo.com/761382308); INFCOM-3 is scheduled for April 2024 and the WIS2; GitHub projects;
• (Tom) we need to look at controlled vocabularies; Anna demoed the codes registry for WMDS (observed parameters, domain, and application category); there was discussion about the similarities/differences between TH discipline and WMDS vocabularies; (Tom) Guillaume opened an issue on roles; Team decided to NOT manage list of formats (Anna) there's another "shared" vocabulary for data policy across TH, WCMP2 and WMDR;
• (Tom) need a new approach to ensure that countries and centres are valid; team discussed options, e.g. add column for country or for parent to ensure that ".../usa/eccc" is never allowed;
