- Secretariat updates: KPI chapter for WIS Guide is submitted to INFCOM, WCMP2 and KPI dashboard overview will be submitted as INF docs
- WCMP 1.3 KPIs: some of the logic of pywcmp was changed, e.g. testing first instance only and not penalizing for lack of DOIs
