The teams firstly review the actions of the previous meeting (https://github.com/wmo-im/tt-wismd/wiki/Meeting-2021-01-08) and then discuss the remaining KPI checklist.

KPI C Good quality abstract
- Action: TK to approve and to merge the branch (DONE)
KPI E temporal information
- Action: GA to add an example in codelistValue=ongoing, and in maintenanceFrequencyCode then open up a pull request
KPI K Data policy
- Decision: approved (DONE)
KPI L Distribution Info
- Decision: To change from "1 for each transfer option" to "1 for at least one transfer option"
- Action: TK to update and reword "Format is identified" (DONE)
- Action: TK to reword "Distributor contact organization is identified" (DONE)
- Action: AM to open an issue for authoritative URL links to reference for WMO data specifications
- Action: MG to check all the versions and URLs and links we are referring to
KPI M Codelists validation
- Note, the 2012 URL for WMO codelists is more authoritative than 2013 version
- Action: ALL per #69 Check all the issues for reference consistency (part of final step)
- Action: TK to open an issue to discuss the reference updates in another meeting
- Action: MG to review Part 2 on validating codelists
- Action: TK to double-check the values and attributes of the codelist
- Decision: remove test for 'presence of authoritative codelist URLs', don't test for use of anchors (accept anchors or characterStrings)
KPI D Valid station identifier
- not discussed/deferred to next meeting (out of time)

The team will check the description of each rule for a score in each KPI. (KPI L)
KPI L: Get 1 point for at least one transfer option
KPI L: Double-check the MD format before removing "Format is identified" (DONE)
