- due to INFCOM rescheduling (be delayed until the end of March 2021), we have until mid-February 2021 to provide a resolution for the INFO document and produce a guide on KPIs, but not updating the WIS Guides directly (12 February 2021)

- we require another long meeting to properly walk through all KPIs
