• Joerg opened the meeting and welcomed the attendees;

• Secretariat updates - (Anna) Not going to bring a proposal to INFCOM-3 for WMDR2; many of the FT2024-1 issues are not critical or not ready yet;
• Joerg presented the PPT on the SC-IMT report. He noted that the membership of the team is now very small because 3 members left in 2023 and they have not been replaced;
• Project board - team looked issues and determined which ones are ready for this FT.

• Anna update issue templates: improve tags to clarify kind of change (addition, modification, deletion, editorial) and a step for downstream applications to review changes;
