Review previous actions
- Jan: To move the content of the revised code list repository to a new branch of wmo-im/iwxxm-codelists
- [Done] Choy: To demonstrate how to manage changes at package level, and adjust the validation page accordingly.
- Choy created new branches for each package type prefaced with FT2021-2, this will allow team members to validate, right now the XMIs are manually included
IWXXM 2021-2-dev draft
- Had gone through in two separate meetings before. Would come back to changes involving AIRMET and SIGMET when they were ready.
Review revised workflow of managing changes
- https://github.com/wmo-im/iwxxm/wiki/Validation:-IWXXM-2021_2RC1
- (Enrico) this is good enough for the moment, but we need to focus on the deliverable, rather than the workflow. (Choy) first, we need to revise the code lists for weather forecasts. Yann and Mark are assigned (see issues in iwxxm-codelists repo).
Preparation for public consultation
- Post RC schema to schemas.wmo.int/iwwxm, with a copy of the code lists in RDF
- Don't need to provide updates to manual yet
- Send email out to google group (need to get clarity on email group option) and request that comments be sent to [email protected] and we can open (or add to) issues in GitHub as needed
- Ask Greg (WMO) and Jun (ICAO) to see if they have email lists to send out for public consultation
- They will have one month to review and provide feedback
codelists
- Need to have the revised code lists in a new branch from which new additions/changes can compare with
- Jan has been working revising the codelist repository to support CSV ==> TTL formats for publishing to codes.wmo.int
- Need to work with Mark Hedley on workflow for publishing code lists to codes.wmo.int
