  1. Opening
  • The specifications for usage of MQP will be developed iteratively and snapshots of them will be released continuously at different points in time.
  • Focus on developing specifications that address immediate needs and can be validated in pilot projects.
  1. Open issues The team discussed the following issues, with details recorded in the linked github discussion.
  • #9 MQP Topic structure: closed & approved
  • #17 do we permit space character in topic or file names: closed & approved
  • #15 Is Server-Side Filtering a requirement for MQP: closed & approved
  • #5 Hours to be dropped from the topic tree: closed & approved
  • #13 Download scheme: initial list to be https, sftp and http/ftp for public data and deprecated. Other protocols may be added in the future. The team also discussed whether making recommendations on download scheme is within it’s TORs.
  • #18 add an API call to build a message: postponed.
