Marshall Islands are not administratively subdivided past ADM1. This layer is comprised of 24 ISO 3166-2-recognized municipalities, each serving as an electoral district. Though the islands are grouped into the 'Ralik Chain' and the 'Ratak Chain', these groupings do not serve administrative purpose and so do not qualify as an administrative subdivision.
