IRFinder is maintained by Dadi Gao. If you encountered any difficulty when using IRFinder, please first read the Troubleshoot section, which provides the solutions to the most common issues that users have reported. If the problem persisted, please either:

1. Open an issue on GitHub (preferred), or
2. Send a direct email to: dgao2 at mgh dot harvard dot edu

When reporting for issues, PLEASE DO INCLUDE the following information:

1. IRFinder version
2. OS distro and version (a solution is not guaranteed for MAC; no support for Windows).
3. GCC version
4. GLIBC version. This might or might not be examed by ldd --version depending on your system setup
5. Perl version
6. STAR version
7. Samtools version
8. Bedtools version
9. The full IRFinder command you run that leads to your problem
10. The entire error message
