The Details page provides a secondary interface to interact with/inspect the taxonomy. Compared to the Taxonomy page, this page is focused on the active (selected) taxon and shows all available information about the taxon in a multi-column layout.

It also includes a minimized version of the tree viewer from the Taxonomy page to change the currently active (selected) taxon. It does not, at this stage, allow to switch between different copies of the taxonomy and always shows the copy selected on the Taxonomy page.

Important: explicitly discarding changes or leaving the Details Page when in edit mode will automatically discard any unsaved change without asking for confirmation.

This page is public and can viewed by any visitor of the EukMap website.

The editor mode supported by this page requires users to the Contributor privileges and the user must have selected a Proposal. Otherwise, the editor toolbar (B.6) is not shown.

Detailed Change Log listing all changes accepted with the selected proposal. Each entry in the change log lists the affected taxon, a short description of the change (taxonomic operation), the author of the change, the reviewer accepting the change, and the date the change was accepted.

All information available about the selected taxon, the Change Log showing recent changes applied to the taxon, and Tree Viewer providing the taxonomic context (neighborhood) of the selected taxon.

The Change Log remains visible in edit mode. It cannot be changed as it is automatically created by the application.

Opening the SVG will not show the embedded screenshot of the Details page. It shows the annotations, only. After downloading the SVG, both the annotations and the embedded screenshot screenshot will be shown. This seems to be a limitation of GitHub when accessing (showing) the SVG directly.
