The TransText file for the chosen language is selected by formatting the string trtext/tt%02d.%s with the chosen language ID and platform name. For example trtext/tt01.pc is the TransText file for English on PC. A TransText file is just a TotemScript file with TransText commands in it. The chosen language is determined by the UserLanguageID key in the registry.
IDs
The list of language name strings corresponding to each TransText file ID number is below. Where PATCH_STR_LANG_JAPANESE_Z is ID 0 and the ID increments by one for each line. This list is current as of FUEL, future games add new languages.
