FUELETICA is the distressed blocky font found in the menus. More specifically the font used is "FUELETICA BlackOblique", where FUELETICA is the font family, black refers to the thickness of the glyphs, and oblique refers to the slanted nature of the glyphs. This font is also used in the game's manuals.

Since the font is embedded in the manuals as a vector font, we can extract it using FontForge at a higher quality than the rasterized version found in the game files. Only information about glyphs and glyph combinations used in the PDF is stored in the manual PDFs; therefore, we cannot extract the entire font from a PDF. However, since we have several PDFs across different languages that use different glyphs we can extract the subset of the font included in each PDF and merge them together for a more complete font. This font will still be incomplete but better than the extracted font from any individual PDF.

Although similar in appearance, the glyphs from this font are not the same as the ones used in the cover art to spell out FUEL.
