This tutorial will show you how to create your first Spacemesh (SMH) account with your Ledger device connected to the Spacemesh wallet.

Please note that creating a Spacemesh (SMH) account is not available in Ledger Live yet.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1.Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2.Ledger Live for MAC

3.Ledger Live for Android

Before you start

• Make sure you’re using the latest version of Ledger Live.
• Make sure your Ledger device runs the latest OS (firmware) version.

All set? Great, let’s dive in.

Install the Spacemesh (SMH) app on your Ledger device

1. Connect and unlock your Ledger device.

2. Open Ledger Live and navigate to the My Ledger section.

3. If asked, allow Ledger Live to access your Ledger device by pressing both buttons on your Ledger device simultaneously. 

4. In the My Ledger, select the App catalog, search for Spacemesh (SMH), and click Install. You’re done.
