Collin County Community College District, simply called CCCC or abbreviated as _CCCCD _can also be sometimes recognized as Collin College. The Community College is providing its services to the Collin Regions and Rockwall located in the Northeast and North of DallasArea. The roots of the institutes are linked back to 1985. As the region expands, the fame and size of the institute are also extended due to which it became even more popular. The number of its students also exceeded from 5000 to 53000 wide integrating the credit and continuing students annually. The existence of the college was rebranded in March 2007 as Collin College. Likewise, in 2010, the domain name of the college was also changed into Collin.edu. The Headquarter of the institute is situated in Collin Higher Education Center in McKinney. In 1985, a Central Park campus of the college was established in McKinney with widespread renovations finished in the fall of the year of 2009. Latest features covers library, multi-story parking garage, offices, classrooms, clock tower and student development center. The latest building of library is spread across 73,500 sq. feet. Collin College made an addition to state of the art Health Sciences Center of 125000 sq. foot in January 2016. The Central Park Campus is known to be the building’s comprehensive campus. Collin County Community College District supported the Higher Education Center in 2010, the much-anticipated tool of college was situated at the intersection of State Highway 121 and Central Expressway in McKinney. The Higher Education Center includes a number of master’s, bachelors and Ph.D. Programs among other things from four North Texas Universities which are Texas Woman’s University, Texas A&M University-Commerce, University of North Texas and The University of Texas at Dallas. The programs presented by the university are teaching, communication, Spanish, management, child development, psychology, nursing, counseling, business administration, Criminal Justice, and accounting.
