Rough Draft

ERPNext can pull following types of emails:

• Support
• Sales
• Job

Support Emails

• Go to Setup > Email Settings
• Setup appropriate Incoming Email Settings
• Check Sync Support Mails
• Save
• After some time, emails should appear in Support > Support Ticket

Sales Emails

• Go to Setup > Sales Email Settings
• Setup appropriate POP3 Email Settings
• Check Extract Emails
• Save
• After some time, emails should appear in Selling > Lead as a communication thread for that Lead

Job Applications

• Go to Setup > Jobs Email Settings
• Setup appropriate POP3 Email Settings
• Check Extract Emails
• Save
• After some time, emails should appear in HR > Job Applicant as a communication thread for that Job Applicant
