The weathereye ticket tracking system enables a NMHS to track internal tasks (and assign and monitor them) and also to provide a support desk for interacting with clients and the public using that can be deployed to the same Django and Postgres instances that are used by WeatherEye CMS and WeatherEye CDMS.

Status:

  • Available, but not yet integrated into WeatherEye
