Chart of Intertextual Links per Source

This document provides an overview of the Chart of Intertextual Links per Source feature available in Qur'an Tools.

Features

  • Shows the number of intertextual connections each earlier tradition/text/document/source has to the Qur'an.
  • Allows sorting the chart alphabetically by source name or by the number of intertextual links.
  • Provides a link to browse all intertextual connections in the Qur'an.
  • Displays tooltips with the exact values in the chart columns.
  • Allows opening all verses in the Qur'an that exhibit intertextual connections to the selected source.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the 'Charts' menu and select 'Intertextuality'.
  2. The chart will be displayed, showing the number of intertextual links for each source.
  3. Use the sorting options to arrange the sources as desired.
  4. Click on a column to open the verses in the Qur'an related to that source.

  • The chart is based on the intertextual connections logged in Qur'an Tools.
  • The accuracy of the chart may depend on the quality and completeness of the data.
