Bookmarks in Qur'an Tools

This guide explains how to create and use bookmarks in Qur'an Tools. Bookmarks allow you to save specific verses or search commands for later reference.

Creating a Bookmark

1. View a series of Qur'an verses or perform a search.
2. Click the "Bookmark" button at the top-right of the verse browser window.
3. Enter a name for the bookmark.

Using Bookmarks

1. Click the "Bookmarks" button on the menubar.
2. Select the desired bookmark.
3. The verses or search command will be inserted into the search field.
4. Press ENTER to look up the verses.

Managing Bookmarks

1. Click the "Bookmarks" button on the menubar.
2. Click the "Use", "Edit", or "Delete" icons for each bookmark.
3. To delete all bookmarks, scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Delete All Bookmarks".

Tips

• Choose meaningful bookmark names.
• Use bookmarks for restricted searches.
• Hover over bookmark names for tooltips.
• View the entire list of bookmarks in the "My Bookmarks" section of your profile.
