could do with an awkward cell (trigonal) to stress the kmesh routine

the below tests need to be kpoint and gamma tested. Also for optimisation. The default is speed (3) and we should also test memory (0) for the below cases

• guiding centres gamma[benz_val][benz_valcond]

• isolated manifold kpt[01][02] gamma[benz_val]

• distentanglement - with frozen window kpt[03][04] gamma[benz_valcond] and without. With sphere [LaVO3_sphere_dis]

restart - do a short calculation, and restart it

translate_home_cell gamma[benz_val][benz_valcond]
