• Should SPC be limited to passkeys with the payment bit set?. Ian proposes "yes."
• Specify storage type hint for BBKs
• Regarding support for BBK feature detection

WebAuthn topics

• Impact of passkeys on SPC. Some of the impact has led to BBKs. We also recently talked about access to passkeys managed by password managers. Are there other aspects to this issue to discuss?
• Add Support for Cross-Device Authentication.
  • One aspect of this is addressed through WebAuthn hybrid.
  • But another aspect relates to roaming authenticators (issue 12)
• How do RPs determine when to enroll the user?
• Improving understanding of who is authenticating for whom
