Review of WebAuthn

• We have been asked by the Web Authentication Working Group to review Web Authentication: An API for accessing Public Key Credentials - Level 1
• While the specification does not directly depend on our WG, they have a chartered liaison with our group.
• Some response options
  • Detailed review comments
  • Support for Web Authn with rationale from payments use cases (e.g., PSD2, 3DS). Relation to payment handlers. Where discussion is happening in the WPWG (e.g., 3DS task force, credit transfer task force, tokenization task force)

Updated proposal for payment handler ordering

• PR 242.
  • There seems to be consensus on two sentences.

Updated Encryption and Signature Proposal

• Updated proposals related to encryption and signature, which may be used with arbitrary payment methods.

Next Face-to-face meeting

• Proposed: 17-18 April 2018 (Tuesday, Wednesday) in Asia.
• We do not yet have a host. Would anyone like to volunteer to host the meeting?
