Detecting if payment app is available (Adrian/Ian)

• AHB suggested that we understand exactly what the merchant requirements are and whether we can accommodate these already in some way?
• Zach has made a counter-proposal which he'd like to present on this call

• ISO 20022 data type alignment for basic card terms (cf Matt Saxon and ISO PaymentCard value types)
