This page contains links to and status of all of the Editor's draft sections and new WCAG 2.1 SC guidance in the current Editor's draft so the group can easily see the status of just those items. Sections preceded by Done have completed all AG WG reviews and are ready to incorporate into the next public draft.

First Public Working Draft content

The following table contains status of sections for the First Public Working Draft (FPWD) which contains all WCAG 2.1 criteria and definitions. The WCAG2ICT FPWD published on 15 August 2023.

Success Criteria Problematic for Closed Functionality Done All bullets for the new WCAG 2.2 SC that are problematic have been added and AG approved on 25 July. The sub-group also completed a Google spreadsheet analysis of all Level A and AA SC and drafted updates to per-SC notes in a pull request - to be reviewed, published in the next public draft. Any update not associated with a new WCAG 2.1 criteria will be reviewed to go into the second draft (see table below).
Background on Text / Command-line / Terminal Applications and Interfaces and its sub-sections Done First pass updates are incorporated in the FPWD. Analysis of all Level A and AA criteria is complete. Second pass for potential per-SC guidance is planned for the second working draft; see table below.

Second Public Working Draft content

WCAG 2.2 New/Changed criteria are listed in the following table along with other major tasks and document changes. The TF is currently working on addressing them for our 2nd draft Note, expected to publish in May 2024.
