Steps

1. Kick-off topic in meeting as placeholder content

• Identify the items of concern that will need to be addressed and capture them in an editor's note
• Identify a lead and others who want to work on the topic

2. Send group out to work towards exploratory (propose directions)

• Ensure a wide range of expertise and perspectives in group

3. Timebox activity

• Group must report progress back in 2 weeks
• Bring initial proposal(s) back in 1 month or group reforms

Document Technical Structure

• Set up folder structure with markdown files
• Yml files for metadata and relationships
• 1 file per view
