UI Improvements - vvvv/TeachingPatching GitHub Wiki

We made this a topic in TeachingPatching because there are issues with vvvv Gamma that also make teaching it harder, because some things aren't easy to get accross while teaching

Please use @devvvvs to annotate where a discussion with the development team is needed to avoid doing work twice, as they already have thoughts on a lot of topics already that just didn't make it to the releases yet
