Introduction

erpUSA is a Frappe app that extends the functionalities of the Payments and ERPNext apps. It adds features that are useful in sales and accounting.

Stripe Plus

Stripe Plus is the flagship feature of erpUSA. It upgrades the Stripe checkout offered by the Payments app by giving more payment options other than card. It also automates accounting by automatically generating a Sales Invoice, Payment Entry and Journal Entry for Stripe-powered payments.

erpUSA vs Stripe Plus

The repository offers two branch types—erpUSA and Stripe Plus Only. erpUSA includes all the features (including stripe_plus) and can be acquired through branches develop and version-15. On the other hand, Stripe Plus Only includes a single feature and can be acquired through the stripe_plus branch.

erpUSA has the following submodules:

1. Stripe Plus
   • Incorporation of payment configuration to the Stripe checkout/payment page
   • Support for different payment methods in the Stripe checkout/payment page
   • Assignment of a payment configuration for customers
   • Auto-creation of payment entry and journal
   • Support for custom Payment Gateway Account
   • Auto-fill for bank_account field in Payment Entry/Request
   • Auto Repeat customization to also send a Payment Request on top of sending an email
   • Auto-pay Subscriptions with Stripe
2. erpUSA Accounts
   • Single Payment for multiple invoices
     • A custom button in the Sales Invoice list view that allows combining payment (a single check) for multiple invoices.
3. Payroll Plus
   • Custom preview for test slip with overrides
