09/02/2026 New Stripe Plus Feature: Payment Method Reusability

Thanks to @utopiafallen, the Stripe Plus Checkout Page now has the ability to reuse payment methods. Before, users had to re-enter their payment information, or use Link to skip entering payment details. But now, users can opt in saving their payment information for future payments.

Note: Customers still have to open the payment link and use their saved payment method.

10/08/2025 [In Development] New Feature: Advanced Add in Sales Invoice

A new enhancement is coming to erpUSA. Advanced Add is a feature in the Sales Invoice doc that is an improved Add Multiple button. Here's what to expect:

  1. The items are displayed in a large modal and are presented in a table. More information are available such as the item's group, name, code and description.
  2. The items displayed can also be filtered out according to group, name, code and description.
  3. Adding items is easier and is done in less than five clicks.

09/28/2025 [In Development] New Module: gMaps

A Google Maps integration is in development for erpUSA. Maps that are in location-reliant DocTypes are presented as Google Maps instead of OpenStreetMaps. Aside from that, a new feature that uses Google Maps is in the works to enhance the Employee Check-in Management experience. Here's what to expect:

  1. Google Maps is used for DocTypes that use location-services such Employee Check-in, Location, Shift Location.
  2. A new webpage where managers can monitor employee time-ins.

What is the difference between erpUSA and Stripe Plus?

erpUSA is the app itself and Stripe Plus is a module in it. erpUSA offers more improvements and extra features to ERPNext. Stripe Plus, on the other hand, is an improvement to the Payments app, specifically their Stripe payment gateway.

Can I still install Stripe Plus without erpUSA?

Yes, Stripe Plus can be treated as a separate app and can be independently installed via the stripe-plus branch.

The Advanced Features is for the automation feature of Stripe Plus. Once set up, Sales Invoices, Payment and Journal Entries are automatically created.

Setting up Stripe Plus is an easy single-click task. If you have the Payments app configured, all you have to do is navigate to the Stripe Plus Settings doctype and click 'Enable Stripe Plus'.
