If you are having problems acessing gitLocalize Filter to select only uncomplete strings, access the console from your browser (hitting F12, CTRL + SHIFT + E or CRTL + SHIFT + E depending on the web browser you are using), type the line document.querySelector("#segment-filters").classList.toggle("hidden") and press Enter.
