Accessing

To access Conditions Workshop, just hover mouse over Age Roller icon and then click "Conditions Workshop" menu. Accessing Conditions Workshop

Selecting Condition Preset

On the right-hand side of the screen, GMs will be able to select a preset (currently, only "The Expanse" is available) or go for a custom solution. When a preset is selected, GM will be able to check the content of each Token Effect, but no editing is possible. "Save & Close" is the only option available. Preset View

Going Custom

The first time a GM selects custom, the left-hand view will be empty. It is now time to create all your Token Effects.
Empty Custom Token Effects

GMs have the option to create new effect on top of the pile and also at the bottom. A handy option is to copy from a preset and then add, remove or modify the Token Effects.

Here is how a GM can customize Token Effects using this tool:

  • Clicking on the image to replace for another one to better reflect the Token Effect (pro tip: images must be unique, otherwise the Conditions Workshop won't allow the custom effects to be saved).
  • Click arrows up or down to move the Token Effect to the desired position. It affects the order it will appears on token's effect menu.
  • The trash bin will remove that effect from your list.
  • The first text field is the name for that token effect.
  • If you want that token effect to be a Condition (to be displayed on character sheet Effects tab), check the box "Is Condition".
  • The big field text is a tooltip for that token effect. It will visible to players only if that token effect is marked as a Condition.
  • Finaly, GMs will be able to click the "+" button to add some bonuses/penalties when that token effect (or Condition) is on.
  • Attribute Key is the changing attribute. Refer to Keys for Active Effects for guidance.
  • Change Mode is how the attribute is affected.
  • Effect Value is the numeric part of the modification.

After all data entry, it is necessary to click "Save & Close", otherwise all the progress will be lost.
